Australian and NZ Standards are the highest in the world and only obtainable through the testing centre in Australia at time of this article. This is an extremely expensive testing system and as such most mobility scooters and wheelchairs do not carry this classification. We are proud to state that all our scooters and Electric Wheelchairs not only have ISO testing, but also the high standard Australian/NZ testing. There can be nothing more important than knowing that the safest possible situation is provided for a person with a disability or aging situation.

I have purchased a Mobility scooter from Out and about and have found everyone I have had contact with especially Ross and Darcey. I was lovely to speak to such a lovely girl on the phone when I called. Nothing was too much trouble. When Ross arrived to show us some scooters and wheelchairs it was lovely to have someone who was not a pushy salesman. He just showed us all the pros and cons and let us decide for ourselves. It is nice to see a company who puts their customers first. I arrived home the following day to find a beautiful bunch of flowers at the door sent by Darcey and the company.
